ADD FLAT PACK ICEBLOCKS / WATER BOTTLE ICEBLOCKS TO YOUR ORDER !

On our website you can order Flat Pack Ice Packs or Frozen Water Bottles 600ml and 1.5ltr under the Miscellaneous Category (for heavy duty cooling) that we will include with your order to keep things cool until you get home. Our flat pack ice blocks are fantastic and we supply them free of charge (they can be found in the Miscellaneous category)...but please remember to return them in your empty box for our Drivers to collect

 

OUR FROZEN MEAT

We have had a few enquiries about the meat we sell at Lettuce and how long we have the meat fresh before it is frozen. WE DO NOT SELL FRESH MEAT! Our meat is cut at the Cleaver's Farm Fresh Organics in Neutral Bay to order each week and immediately frozen down. We receive the meat frozen and at no stage have fresh meat. The date packed stamp on the packet is generated when the meat is cut and frozen.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS...

As you know we do not send your credit card details up to our website, but rather maintain your details in a secure program in our office. In this program we can only save one credit card record per customer and all payments that we process are done so out of this program. If you are needing to use an alternate credit card for any given weeks delivery please provide those details to our office no later than midday on Tuesday for that weeks delivery...obviously the previous card records are then over written so if you are wanting to revert back to the previous card records you need to contact our office no later than midday Tuesday for the next weeks delivery to provide the previous details once again. Thank you for your understanding. Also, for customers that have not ordered for 4 consecutive weeks, please do not feel offended if we call to confirm the credit card details we have on file for you. We are finding that many credit cards are changing over a short period and we need to check that we have your most current details.

…Please ensure we have your correct details on file….including new expiry dates when they occur. It is very time consuming at our end when we have to chase you for payment…..as you know we charge your card on the day of or day after we make your delivery, so please also ensure you have sufficient funds available to us when we put your payment through. Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE RETURN OUR BOXES

We pick up all boxes that we deliver in and ask that you keep them clean and dry for a week so that we can swap them with the empty boxes when making your next delivery....If our drivers are not picking up your empty boxes please lettuce know.

Please ensure you have your order placed by 12pm Friday to ensure supply of these products...Orders placed after 12pm are unlikely to be filled at all. If ordering by 12pm Friday is not possible please set up a standing order that we can take into account when placing our order. This 12pm Friday deadline is also for customers that receive a delivery on Thursday.  

CUT OFF FOR DELIVERIES MONDAY – WEDNESDAY IS 4PM FRIDAY & CUT OFF FOR DELIVERIES THURSDAY IS 8AM MONDAY

Please note our closing times for placing orders…..4pm Friday for deliveries Monday – Wednesday and 8am Monday for deliveries on Thursday…..for those customers who find it hard to order within the given time frame please set up an ‘if no contact’ order…which can be a basic list of the goodies you simply can not be without each week, that we will process for you if we have not received an order from you by the cut off time…

We do appreciate that from time to time unforseen obstacles may effect your ability to have your order in on time and for those rare occasions we do not mind replacing orders, calling Farmers back, etc….but for regular late orderers please do not be offended when I email you back, saying that you have missed the order cut off…..Thank you for your understanding.

TRAVELLING AROUND TO GET ALL THE ORGANIC GOODIES YOU NEED ? 

You may or may not be aware that we initially only sold Fruit & Veg at Lettuce Deliver – the other 2000 grocery items that we now offer are items you have asked us to stock. Just send us an email or give us a call with the product/s you would like us to carry and we will do our best to source for you ! For those of you who have requested products be sure to check out the New Product Category each week, we receive a huge number of requests for products and slowly work our way through your emails….

Our website is updated with the current availability by 9am each Thursday morning. You are able to save your order, pull up your favourite order, organise a default order that you can change by accessing your favourite order, make changes to the items in the seasonal boxes, etc…

If you Register as a New Customer but are an existing customer of Lettuce we can not save the Favourite Order you may or may not have attached to the new account you create. If you do not know your Customer number for Log In/Sign In purposes please call or email or office and we will be only too happy to provide you any details you may require.
